本实用新型公开了一种PET生产用酯化反应釜,包括釜体、搅拌电机、减速机、联轴器、搅拌轴、加热盘管、推进式搅拌器以及导流筒。所述导流筒安装在所述釜体的中部,所述搅拌轴从所述导流筒中穿过;所述推进式搅拌器连接在所述搅拌轴上。所述推进式搅拌器设有两个,分别为设在所述搅拌轴底部的小推进器搅拌器以及设在所述搅拌轴中部的大推进器搅拌器。本实用新型的酯化反应釜利用推进式搅拌器和导流筒的共同作用,使得物料从导流筒的内部进入,并在反应釜的底部由下向上进行翻滚,相比于桨式搅拌器只能使物料在一个平面上旋转,能够使得酯化反应更加充分,从而可以保证酯化率在低压、低温下不会降低,进而大大减少副反应的产生。

The kettle comprises a kettle body, a stirring motor, a speed reducer, a coupler, a stirring shaft, a heating coil, propeller agitators and a guide cylinder, wherein the guide cylinder is mounted in the middle of the kettle body and the stirring shaft passes through the guide cylinder; the propeller agitators are connected to the stirring shaft; the two propeller agitators are respectively a small propeller agitator which is arranged at the bottom of the stirring shaft and a large propeller agitator which is arranged in the middle of the stirring shaft. According to the esterification reaction kettle, by virtue of the joint action of the propeller agitators and the guide cylinder, a material enters from the inner side of the guide cylinder and is overturned in the bottom of the reaction kettle from bottom to top. Compared with a paddle agitator through which the material can only rotate on the horizontal plane, the esterification reaction is relatively sufficient, so that the esterification rate is not reduced at low pressure and low temperature, and therefore, the generation possibility of side reaction is greatly reduced.
