Abstract

The utility model relates to a rapidly-washing type ultrafiltration membrane structure which comprises a filter shell, a filter membrane cartridge and a water way sealing element, wherein the filter membrane cartridge and the water way sealing element are arranged in the filter shell; an ultrafiltration membrane filament and a membrane filament head are arranged in the filter membrane cartridge; the water way sealing element is arranged at one end of the filter membrane cartridge, and a pure water outlet channel of the water way sealing element is communicated with a pure water outlet hole; the other end of the filter membrane cartridge is communicated with a washing water outlet hole; the rapidly-washing type ultrafiltration membrane structure also comprises a sealing structure arranged on the outer wall of the filter membrane cartridge; the sealing structure is matched with the inner wall of the filter shell in a sealing way; the interior of the filter shell is divided into a first inner cavity and a second inner cavity; the filter membrane cartridge between the water way sealing element and the sealing structure is provided with a plurality of ultrafiltration membrane water inlet holes in a symmetrical way; the ultrafiltration membrane water inlet holes are communicated with a raw water inlet hole by the first inner cavity; the raw material flowing into the filter membrane cartridge from the ultrafiltration membrane water inlet holes enters the pure water outlet channel after being filtered by the ultrafiltration membrane filament. The rapidly-washing type ultrafiltration membrane structure has the advantages of being convenient in cleaning, long in service life, cleaner and more sanitary, and being capable of improving filtering efficiency and saving resources.
一种快速冲洗型超滤膜结构,包括过滤外壳,及设置在过滤外壳中的滤膜筒和水路密封件,在滤膜筒中设有超滤膜丝和膜丝头,水路密封件设置在滤膜筒的一端上,并且水路密封件的纯水出水通道与纯水出水孔相通,滤膜筒的另一端与冲洗水出水孔相通,还包括设置在滤膜筒外壁上的密封结构,密封结构与过滤外壳的内壁密封配合,将过滤外壳的内部分成第一内腔和第二内腔,在水路密封件和密封结构之间的滤膜筒上对称设有若干超滤膜进水孔,超滤膜进水孔通过第一内腔与原水进水孔相通;从超滤膜进水孔流进滤膜筒中的原水,经过超滤膜丝过滤后进入到纯水出水通道中。本实用新型具有清洗方便、使用寿命长、提高了过滤效率、更加清洁、更加卫生和节约资源的优点。
