Abstract

Compared with the prior art, the wind knife internal air heating system has the advantages that the wind knife internal air heating system does not need to add a single heating device, and a pipeline which is arranged on the diffusion furnace compresses and heats compressed cold air by utilizing the heat which is sent from a rear diffusion furnace circuit, thereby further heating compressed air in the wind knife, being capable of effectively preventing the wind knife from crystallizing, and being green, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The wind knife internal air heating system reduces quality abnormity of products during the producing process, and reduces labor strength of maintenance personnel.
