大米蛋白生产安全低耗气流干燥装置,涉及的是大米蛋白粉生产技术设备领域。由闪蒸干燥仓构成,所述闪蒸干燥仓为圆形,在闪蒸干燥仓的上部和底部分别开有物料入口和热风入口,闪蒸干燥仓顶端开有出料口,闪蒸干燥仓底端安装有主轴电机,主轴电机的轴承伸入闪蒸干燥仓内,且轴承上自下而上分别对称安装有4片螺旋浆和直线连接两片直浆,每片直浆上均匀装有4片菱形刀片。本实用新型的物料已去掉大部分水份成为饼状干料,能够减少2/3左右的耗能。

Most water in the materials is removed so that the materials can become cake-shaped dried materials, and about 2/3 energy consumption can be reduced.
