Abstract

The utility model discloses a middle cooling and two-stage absorption refrigeration system which comprises a high-pressure generator, a condenser, a first throttling device, a middle cooler, a high-pressure absorber, a first circulating pump, a second throttling device, a first solution heat exchanger, a third throttling device, an evaporator, a low-pressure absorber, a second circulating pump, a fourth throttling device, a second solution heat exchanger and a low-pressure generator. Compared with a traditional two-stage absorption refrigeration system, the middle cooler is added, connection pipelines are changed, outlet steam of the low-pressure generator is reasonably distributed to promote reasonable energy coupling in the middle cooler, the middle temperature is changed, the temperature and heat input of the high-pressure generator and the low-pressure generator and corresponding refrigerant flow distribution are effectively adjusted, so that the low-pressure generator can use low-grade heat sources, the use range of two stages for absorbing waste heat are widened, and the system is wider in applicability and more flexible to adjust. In addition, the middle temperature is reasonably adjusted, and a cycling performance coefficient can be more than 0.4.
本实用新型公开了一种中间冷却式的两级吸收式制冷系统,包括高压发生器、冷凝器、第一节流装置、中间冷却器、高压吸收器、第一循环泵、第二节流装置、第一溶液换热器、第三节流装置、蒸发器、低压吸收器、第二循环泵、第四节流装置、第二溶液换热器和低压发生器,相比于传统两级吸收式制冷系统,本实用新型加入了中间冷却器并改变了连接管路,通过低压发生器出口蒸汽的合理分配促成中间冷却器内部合理的能量耦合实现中间温度的变化,有效调节高低压级发生温度和发生器热量输入以及相应的制冷剂流量分配,使低压级可以利用极低品味热源,从而增大两级吸收余热利用范围,使其适用性更广泛、调节更灵活;此外,通过合理的中间温度调节,循环性能系数可达0.4以上。
